At University Springs, residents can enjoy programs including safety awareness, educational topics and social events. Also, University Springs has great amenities and apartment features which complement any lifestyle.
Individual leases are offered for the benefit of both parents and students. Each student is responsible for his/her own contract in the event that a roommate moves out. You may review a sample contract or access a copy of the parent/sponsor guaranty on the Forms page of our website. If your child cannot fulfill his or her lease for any reason, he or she will need to find a replacement. If your son/daughter/guarantee cannot fulfill his or her lease for any reason, he or she will need to find a replacement. University Springs does not allow subletting; your son/daughter/guarantee will need to pay a transfer fee and the replacement will have to sign a new lease to take over the rest of your son/daughter/guarantee’s lease term.
